AI readiness and governance assessment
Know what your team is actually doing with AI (before it costs you)
Somebody in your business is already using ChatGPT. Possibly for something harmless, like drafting an email. Possibly for something less worse, like pasting in a client contract to “summarise it quickly.” You don’t know which, and that’s the problem.
what we do in the shadows
the “shadow AI” problem nobody’s talking about
AI moved into your business uninvited, and now it’s just… living there. Staff are using it on their phones, their personal logins, their own initiative, usually with good intentions and zero oversight. No policy, no idea what data’s going where, no plan for what happens when it goes wrong.
That’s shadow AI. Every business has one lurking in the walls: an ancient, mostly harmless presence that’s been quietly rearranging the furniture for years and nobody’s quite sure how it got in.
For SMB’s especially, it’s a real problem hiding behind a genuinely useful tool. You don’t have a compliance team to catch it. You don’t have an IT department big enough to stake it out. What you have is exposure, and no familiar sitting in the corner keeping an eye on how much of it there is.
We’re not here to tell you AI is a monster and you should grab the garlic. We’re here to tell you what’s actually going on in your basement, and what to do about it.
